What if I'm the right weight but look fat?

I’m fat,I’ll tell you that now.I’m 13 and I weighed myself a few minutes ago and the scale said “116”I’m super proud of myself,and that is really close to the ideal range of someone who is 13,but I suck in my stomach when I’m at school and stuff so people won’t notice as much.When I relax I look about 6 months pregnant!!!I hate it and I’m tired of hiding myself.I want to lose the stomach fat and stop pretending.I’m really jealous of all the “skinny girls.”They are almost always tiny and all the guys want them.I want to be one of the “skinny girls” that every guy wants,but I’m not sure how to accomplish that.I do 55 curl ups a day,and I increase the number when it stops feeling like a challenge.Is this too much or not enough?

yea, your at a good weight but height also plays a factor, so you know, if your like 5’ 130 your going to look pretty big or whatever, just do sit up, or 6 inches. or just go on google and look up excercises for abs.

im 13 to I weigh 102 but you should be happy with what you r.also just telling you its unoying when all the guys want you they wont stop bothering.

Just do what tires you out, then move up a step. Just as you’re doing. Maybe curl-ups aren’t right for you though. I had the belly issue too, when I was that age. I got an Ab-roller and now my belly is flat and I weigh about the same. You just gotta turn the fluff into muscle =]

I feel ya. im 4’9” 10 years old and weigh 88-89 pounds.

my BMI says im a healthy weight, but I dont believe it anymore!!! I look pregnant when I relax too!

urghh. and I hate that they always say “make healthy choices!” oh yea, well then how come with adults they have all that fancy weight loss product stuff?

do they even realize that kids exist? I think not!

Hey, I feel ya girl! My whole church group is full of skinny girls. I feel so left out! I say, don’t feel bad about it. Find styles that hide that. I have stomach fat, and I find baby doll tops look good on me and hide my stomach’s size. Also, try black clothes. They make you look skinnier. And avoid horizontal stripes! They make you look wider. In the end if nothing works, just keep up the exercising and keep eating healthy. You won’t see results immediately, but they will come if you stay consistent. I played Basketball this year, and I thought it didn’t help w/ my weight at all, but I’ve really slimmed down since then. Good luck!:)
