Why wont my blackberry curve 9300 turn on?
My blackberry curve 9300 wont turn on. Last night it worked battery was 80% woke up this morning it was off and wont turn on. The led light comes on red as usual but then nothing. I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in. One night ago I fell asleep with my blackberry charging. Any advice on what to do?
Hi miami_Chipmunk , i am a studying It tech , Charging the blackberry would not cause this problem . It is actually a firmware and software problem which occurs in most of the curve devices. I have experianced the same thing
Okay first lets start on how to prevent such a thing from happening. Install a blackberry app called “blackberry protect” it will fix a few problems and also keep regular backups so you can undo any changes done.
To solve this problem : install blackberry desktop manager and reset your blackberry to factory defaults , please before doing this backup your bbm contacts and cell contacts also your files if you wish to do so.
