Will I be able to return my new cell phone?

I went into my Sprint store today to trade in my old phone for a new one. I chose the Samsung Rant. When I got home, I realized I didn’t like it. Will I be able to return the Rant and activate my old one? I’m going to be with my boyfriend tomorrow, so will I have to have my dad there with me, or can I return it by myself?

Answer #1

I think once you have purchased it, they have no legal obligation to follow. Just go in and ask.

Answer #2

That’s what I did… for T-Mobile, I got that Nokia w the mp3 player, then I exchanged it for a Samsung Blast but I didn’t like it, so I got a Nokia like my old one. They give you like 30 days I think, so you should try it. I don’t know if you can go by yourself though, unless you’re 18 and your name is on the contract. Sorry if I’m not accurate! =]

Answer #3

You can try returning your phone and they shouldn’t have a problem with that. Good luck.

Answer #4

Its okay. I’m going to try anyways! Thanks!
