Wife wants kids and I am not sure

Thanks for any advice you can give I am 34 and my wife is 26 we have been married for about 5 years she really want to have a baby now and I am not sure I want one I dont feel like I would be a good dad my dad and I didnt have a good relationship the thought I having a child scares me to death but I really do not want to take this away from my wife she is my world but I am scared that I will freak out after it is too late

Every guy is scared to have a child. It’s something that you and your wife need to sit down and seriously talk about. Tell her about your fears and why your confused on whether you want one or not. Maybe she can help you with that. You need to be open with your wife and tell her how you feel about everything. Although, dont worry, every man freaks out about having a kid. It’s a huge resonsibility, can you blame them.
