wiening from bottle to sippy cup
should I let my 11 month old self wien off her bottle.
I have been trying the steps to help her get onto a sippy cup but nothing seems to work she loves to drink her juice and water from a sippy, or the ones with the straws but she will not drink it when she notices there is milk in it. its like she knows its her milk and thats supposed to be in a bottle.
by what age should I have her off the bottle.
in boots .. they have a sippy cup which have a rubber side which I kind of like a mix between the bottle and sippy cup maybe she likes suckling of the bottle ..
my son is the same he would rather shake the cup everywere instead of drinking out of it he loves his bottle I don’t mind milk in the bottle it’s just juice I don’t like him haven in a bottle I think what you are doing is fine and just keep trying to give her the milk in the cup and hopefully she will start to drink it from the cup
thats your opinion then everychild is not the same I don’t think there is anything wrong with her haven a bottle or dummy at a year old she is still young and you need move children slowly of there bottles to cups she is drinking her juice and water from a cup so I think she is doing fine for now and if you still want to give her a dummy then that is your choice;)
I think your daughter should of already been off the bottle. And I sure hope she’s not still on the pacifier. Your daughter is too old to be still on a bottle and is about to be one year old. So when its her bday are you still gonna have her drinking from a bottle? Its best to stop that habit now. While she’s young before she ends up like some people kids that are 2 years old and still drinking bottles. My opinion
thanks yummymummy.
I know she should not be off the bottle already… RECEE2544
doesnt know what the hell she is talking about. I know everychild is different. and whether or not my child is still on a pacifier is none of her business. (and no she has never used a paci by the way)
she is not even a year old so she can have her bottle if she wants. you start to try to wien them at a year. and you have to do it gradually. its a process. do you have kids and if you do you should really get your facts straight.
