How can i get wider thighs?

What should i eat, i exercise but still not as wide as i want :)

do exercises that targe your quadraceps and hamstring muscles groups i suppose. These muscles are involved in flexion and extension at the knee joint so things like squats would probably help. Dont know much about the specific exercises though, i just studied anatomy!

Rest a dumbbell against your thighs. jus work it out

i exercise a lot but dont like to eat a lot am i gonna get thinner if would exercise more and not eat enough?

you should be eating lots of protein to help with muscle growth and you need carbohydrates for enery. If you exercise heaps and dont increase the carbs you eat, yes, you will get thinner

Not sure if your into it.. but cycling would make a big difference too.. perhaps a spin class or two to see if you like it..
