Why my cat meowing weird?
Okay, I’ve had a cat before and this never happened. so my cat is a few months old. I didnt count so…yea anyways, when he moews for food, or wants someone to pet him, its normal. But when he looks outside, he makes a weird sound. Like hes trying to meow but he doesnt. Sort of like a hum. And he dose it over and over again and it really annoying. Can anyone help?
I have 3 cats and they do it all the time. dey do it when they see birds or bugs flyin outside the window. basically that means dey want it really bad.
it sounds to me like your cat might be in heat , like with another cat,or just your average weird growling coming from a cat
Sort of like a cross between a growl and a tooth chatter, right? It’s very common behavior for cats when they’re looking at something they want to pounce on but can’t get to. Chances are, if you take a peek at what he’s looking at while he’s making the noise, you’ll see a bird, squirrel, or something similar.
Sorry you think it’s annoying, because it’s not going to stop. I always thought it was cute, myself.
He’s probably trying to show the other cats hes badass, dont worry. Its normal.
