Why has my cat been meowing all night?

Okay,we jsut moved into a new house.my sister doesnt have a bed yet so she slept in my room and I slept in my moms room with my mom.we will go to bed around nine thirty to ten and write when im about to fall asleep the cat starts meowing.there is a huge window behind the headboard on the bed and the cat always climes onto the windowseel and starting meowing, if I pick it up and put him on the bed he just goes back behind there and moews some more,please help,it is soo annoying and I cant get anny sleep!

I have the same thing with my cat. His name is Jarvis and he goes into the downstairs hall in my house in the middle of the night and meows and also takes small items of clothes and brings them down and makes a nest to lol.. My parents are vets and we found out he had some kinda problem where he HAD to do a routen everynight and he did. I think they said he had Dixlexiea.

It also could be because of the move and cat’s tend to do that. They also barf and never seem to feel like them selfevs but once your cat is comfortable Im pretty sure he’ll stop.
