Why is my best friend having the same terrifying dream?

My best friend keeps having the same exact dream every night, and it’s really scaring her to death. She says the whole dream is her being raped by a stranger and getting her pregnant. She said that she has it everynight and it’s so bad that she wakes up screaming and she can’t get back to sleep. Why is she having the same scary dream?? I really want to help her so badly but I really don’t know how.. I mean I told her to try listening to music or try to imagine killing the rapist before falling asleep or make herself so tired that she has a dreamless sleep and she tried every single one of them but they don’t work! Please please please PLEASE help! Anything! Thanks so much if you answer. -courtney maria

maybe shes like my friend (shes a psycic) and shes seeing someones future in her dream? I don’t know its just an idea

Well if she keeps thinking about it she is going to keep on dreaming it so just tell her not think about it also meaby just not thinking about it all because wht we dream is what we think… Meaby she can try talking to someone and having be there because that can also cause her effect…
