Why; is it possible to cry when you sleep?
Oky well times have been rough for me lately but I woke up the other day and my eyes and nose were red and it looked like I’ve been crying, was it because I was cold or somthing or is it possible to cry in your sleep?
it is definately possible. This has happened to me quite a lot, I have had dreams when I’ve been crying my eyes out and I wake up and im actually still crying.
It doesn’t happen often, but it is possible. It’s happend to me before. One time I even woke up in the middle of the night with tears running down my face.
I believe so, it’s never happened to me before, but I believe it is possible. You were probably crying in your dream and it began to happen in real life.
