How is there a possible way for my eyes to be "dried out"?

Oky well all day today and yester morning I just cryed and cryed and cryed and now I cant I feel sad and I want to but I cant, it might me just being tierd but idkkk

well if you look closely at your eyes it kind on shiny and you can see water in your eyes so that can probably be dried out..so does it hurt

if you dont have any water use eye drops though
