Why is it bad to date a 23 year old?

A 23 year old guy will almost certainly try to ‘take advantage’ of you, but so would a 13 year old guy or any guy of any other age. The main difference is that a 23 year old guy has had more time to figure out how to be successful at the game, whereas you have not had as much time to recognize what is game and what is genuine. That’s why it’s deemed unfair in general. But there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with the age difference. My guess is you’re not so innocent anyway.

It’s not bad at all, It’s just that society see’s a pedophile walking around with a seventeen year old which is ridiculous, if you love someone regardless of age it doesn’t matter about the hysterics of old cranky men and woman

Actually, depending on the state, it may be legal for you two to date. How is he really a good guy if he lied about his age? And wouldn’t you be able to tell from maturity levels?

he is TOO OLD. and by law, if anything sexual occurs, it will be considered rape, and he will go to jail.

he might be a good guy, but the law is the law, and breaking it is not a good idea.
