why doesn't he want to see me?

my boyfriend and I have been going out for a while and I care deeply for him but I never see him outside of work (we work together). I have confronted him with it twice, both times calmly, rationally and without judgment; just told him how I felt about it and thats all. he hasnt made any more effort to see me than he did before and if I make any comments or jokes ab it he acknowledges it and thats all he says he cares ab me and wants to be with me but what am I supposed to think? in his defense, he does have a lot going on, but so do I. im a student and work 5 days a week. we have never gone out on a real date and that bothers me as well

this happened to me as well. with the guy I am with now. we dated in highschool and the same sitauation..except we went to school together, didnt work together… I saw him twice in the two months we lasted, we were both so busy but wanted to be together, that we decided it was fair to eachother to break up because we just werent ready, we were both so busy.. he came to me two years later (this march) and we have been together ever since, and I can tell you this time, we have the time,and we are doing great, maybe wait it out a while, maybe you arent in a situation right now where you can give time to another person, and if you cant, and you really care about eachother, its not really that fair to you or him.

welll… maybe he doesnt want to spend time with you. I hate to be negative, but if he really wanted to dont you think he would make time?? I don’t know, maybe he is just busy. this is just a posibility…

just make sure he isnt playing you

If hes “too busy” then why does he have a girlfriend if he isnt going to invest anytime to be with her? He cant be all that into you if he doesnt want to OR try to be with you outside of work.
