Im a cheerleaderand I stretch everyday. I can touch my head to my left leg but when I try to my right the skin on the outside of the crease of my knee stings and feels like its ripping. Why does this happen?
muscles are starting to get used with the routine (if you feel like it's tearing apart) and maybe you need to apply some extra moisturizers on your skin for you not to feel your skin ripping off..
Your pulling your muscles too much. Thats why theirs pain, let them relax, try ointment, or muscle creme, or soak in epsome salts, that always works.
Look out for ointment that helps soothe stretched skin as well.. :) and have your self being checked by your school clinic... :)
