Why does my phone keep initializing?
Okay so I dropped my phone in water by accident the other day, but took the sim card and battery out as soon as I realised.
My phone wouldn’t turn on, so I switched to my old one and put my sim card in there, and it worked fine for the past few days.
However, I tried to put my sim card back in to my old phone today, but it still didn’t work so I just put it back into my old phone.
However now it keeps saying ‘sim initializing’ and turning itself on and off randomly if I move it. It’s so annoying! What could be wrong?
Remove the SIM card again. Clean the contacts GENTLY with a rubber eraser. Check the contacts in your phone and clean - again gently - if necessary. Then replace the card. Also make sure no moisture is inside the phone. If it still doesn’t work you may need to replace the card.
