Why do I feel this way, help?

Well since your still considred a minor, I would advise you not to act on any of the emotions that your feeling. I know it’s eating you up inside, but the best, and most proffesional thing you can do, is just to continue like normal and keep the relationship just as tutor and student. There’s a 5 year difference in age. He may see you only as a child. Like count 5 years off your age, it would be 12. What would you do if you were tutoring a 12 yr. old and he told you he really liked you? However, that might not be the best comparison because your not 12 and your much more mature than a 12 year old would be. But still, my advice stays the same, you probably should not act on it at all. If your turning 18 soon and you still find your attracted to him, than maybe try it. But not while your still a minor. thats not that much of an age difference. I started dating my boyfriend when I was 16 and he was 21. its not that big of a deal.

tbh I believe age is just a number and once you are ‘Legal’ you should be able to date any body who is also ‘legal’, if you’re in england you could ask him out but I believe it would be breaking the education law about the student/ teacher relationships, apparently they arent even allowed to add you as a friend on a a social site, a social site or any other social neteorking sites :/
