How do I stop feeling this way ?

I know it’s normal if girls get jelous, but I don’t know how to stop it, he’s mine and he loves me but he was texting some girl and he made out I was annoyed about it when I wasn’t :/. and now we’re arguing, he deleted her number and made it out he didn’t have a choice I didn’t tell him to do it! so does anyone know how we can get on how we used to and me not feel this way ? help please!

all girls get a little jealous lol that’s just our nature…when I was going out wit my ex he was talking to all my girls at church and one was even going to visit him and his bros now and again,…so of course I got jealous…it’s natural for you to get jealous when your guy is texting some other girl…but one thing you have to remember is to not go overboard. why don’t you try talking about the problem…calmly…and try to resolve it…ask him why he deleted her number when you didn’t tell him 2…arguing won’t help…the only way to resolve this type of problem is to talk about it until it is resolved and until you both know why the other is upset :) hope this helps wish I knew exactly what was going on in his head so I could help better but lol as you know we girls aren’t mind readers ;) lol
