Why do I feel sick from a one a day teens?

I just took one a day teens and now I feel sick to my stomach. Im only 13 years old? So im old enough to take them right? And also it says take with food but I took it like 15 minuts after I ate? So why am I having stomach pains?

I’m not familiar with that product, but most pills people take for the first time, can hit you, but you should read the warnings and age on the bottle hun.

The teen one-a-day isn’t going to hurt you. They’re just every-day vitamins at a dosage made for teens. Any pill or suppliment like that can make your stomach hurt if you haven’t eaten food recently. Even if you have, its very likely there are things in the pills that don’t agree with your body at first and so you have to keep taking them until your body is accustomed to them. Don’t worry, unless you start throwing up or swelling up, you’re fine.
