The first day I get my period I always feel sick. I feel like I have to vomit and I get these really horrible cramps that actually make me cry. Its only the first day I get my period. After the first day is over I dont even get cramps anymore..but my question is why do I get like that the first day of my period.
It's just really enhanced period symptoms, so I really can't answer the why. I'd say talk to your doctor about what to do about it. It sounds like you want help and want it to be better, so you need to talk to someone who you trust.
well that's you.some sleep more during there period,some feel tired,some active.I tink that's you but if you are not comfortable with it then see the doctor
