Why do I feel like this?

I am always angry I dont know why though… Im always thinking about all these possible reasons my mom makes me mad and we have bad history but I dont know why though, you can read my other question on my profile and see if that can help you answer my question I always feel lonely and all that I just know im always sad

Sometimes we have this cainds of feelings because we have other feelings inside that we are just not taking care of the feelings inside and we just take is all into anger, its our frustruations and manny things but dig deep into you feelings write it all down and know what waht is making you feel that way and find ways to get them out. trough music or wrighting and other things.
