Why do I feel like a geek?!?

I get straight A’s but like all my friends get B’s and C’s I feel like a geek since I get straight A’s but I dont get it?

I know the geeky stereotype includes getting really good grades, but don’t worry about it. A lot of people would love to get straight A’s, and with a good education comes good jobs and really good money, so don’t fret. At least you wont have to work at a fast restaurant like the “cool” kids! =]

You should feel proud about the grades you’ve been getting. I know there’s stigma involved with being the ‘geek”, but think about it this way - the geek gets the Porsche while the “cool” crowd slings coffee pots for a living ;)
