Why are so many people without the love of Christ?

not everybody is going to heaven, but even if you dont believe in heaven just check yourself.. go to science lab and breath life into a dead ant…or just tell me where the east is from the west… or cut your leg, go to the science lab and put it back some of you guys are crazy, really crazy, science is ideology not reality, …yes its there, but can you go to the mountain tops and find a cell phone on the mountain if everything just came into existence out of nothing, if we came out of something the what is it that brought us out… there is a supreme power.. power above science, nothing has ever got the number of stars in the universe.. only GOD knows, Alley purple emant something different and here you think she judges … let me para phrase it “why isnt there true love” “why dont some people have true love” “why are they not kind” she didnt say everyone… the love of christ is true love… that not everyone has …let me answer you alleypurple.. people are mean, greedy, selfish, selfcentered, lack the truth of the meaning or purpose of life which is to LOVE the poor, helpless, discouraged, needy, etc… there is nothing satisfyingin this world but love

Not sure wtf I was thinking when I typed “now our galaxy is held together by the sun”. I’m not even going to attempt justification for that moment of stupidity, I’m not even sure where I was trying to get at either.

I’ve read many pages, sites, and even books on theories, and have watched numories documentaries on theories of how the earth was formed do to a collision of 2 larger planets. It could of been formed like Any of the other planets, who knows for sure. I’m just throwing out one of the many theories.

There is a scientific theory in which blackholes can accelerated the creation of stars by compressing the gasses. I’m not the best person to explain into elaborate detail, but it is a genuine scientific theory. Feel free to look it up if you like.

Space itself, not to be mistaken for the universe, has always been, has it not. It’s also believed matter has always been.

And please do elaborate what you mea by “our side” I wasn’t aware I was participating in any game.

Lol, don’t feel bad for people. I am not a Christian, I am a Muslim. I believe in Jesus however, but as a messenger of God. Not a son. I am not lost at all. I know what I believe. Jesus is your light, right? Some people’s light might be just God, or the sun or the stars or a number of other gods or chocolate lol. . . Everyone believes in different things and different things bring enlightenment to different people. That is there way out.

where did the galaxy come from? This Galaxy was brought together by the super massive black hole in the middle. When the black hole fed it’s believed the gasses were compressed and created stars. Our galaxy is now held together by the sun.

Now explain where God came from, why he allowed sin, why he created 2 beings that were going to sin rather than creating 2 different beings that weren’t, and Why he chose to have a sacrifice to absolve people’s sin when he could of chose a different method(think of it, he’s the creator of everything, he makes all the rules, he could had us do anything to absolve sin), where the water came from then went to and why there is no evidence of the great flood, and I’ll be impressed.

OH and another thing the theory of evolution doesn’t state that humans evolved from apes. It says that we have a common ancestor. Big difference. Please go and read up about things before you try and argue your point. You are going to end up embarrassing yourself.

Oh and alleypurple. Just because you aren’t a Christian doesn’t mean that you are lost or don’t have a purpose in life. My life improved tremendously when I stopped worrying about some god out there and started dealing with my problems myself. If being Christian improves your life, great, but don’t judge others without being in their shoes yourself.

It seems like you are reasoning that the small percentage non religious people on earth are responsible for all or most of the “world’s cruelty” and I suppose that makes a lot of sense to you as well? Because how else can you explain the cruelty, right? Wake up please!!!

What is the possibility of the masses being so comfortable praying for forgiveness to their Gods, that being cruel isn’t a major factor in their lifes? They would actually go so far as to justify their deeds around the world, by taking the last penny from the poor with a promise of heaven (or hell if you don’t pay up) or the Holocaust; women and children in concentration camps dying of hunger etc etc

Now, I’m not implying non-religious people are not cruel, I’m saying that such a small percentage of people can never inflict such cruelty on such a large group even if they wanted to! (I’m not talking nuclear weapons here.)

Oooh nooo, you religious group’s must learn to take responsibility for your actions for once in your life’s, the only thing lost here is your un ability to think rational !!!

Please, please, stop talking about your knowledge, such as it is, of astronomy. It’s embarrassingly wrong. I know you’re trying to educate people on the scientific side of the creation of the universe, but every word you are saying is either half-wrong or entirely false. You are not doing our side any favors by talking about ‘’space having always been here’’ or the Milky Way forming thanks to a black hole or the Earth forming from two larger planets. You sound like you read a single-page pamphlet about accretion and the creation of space-time, understood half of it, forgot the other half, and are using that to form your understanding of astronomy.

Why are so many people without the knowledge of science?

This world is very cruel. I don’t judge but as a person of rationality it kind of makes you feel bad for those out there that are very lost. They just don’t know the way out.

How does that make you feel? You do not know if your faith is true or not, there’s no proof of it. Just because someone doesn’t believe in the same as you doesn’t mean their lost. Many outside the Christian faith live very happy lives. And did you know 60% of divorce are Christian? Perhaps you’re the lost one.

Just to point something out. I don’t think God would approve of you judging people (because you are) and pitying them is even worse. Love is above everything. As long as you love people, you will be fine. I’m a Catholic, not overly religious, but still I go to church every now and then. I have never heard that judging people and thinking that they don’t have God’s love just because they aren’t Christians, is part of the bible or Jesus Christ’s message.

I’m sorry, but, some people just think logically and see no point in confiding in imaginary friends. Yeah, religion can give people the hope they need at times, but it’s just false hope. Whether you pray or not, the real world wont change by magic, however hard you believe.

Some people just dont have the same point of view as others. Some people think more logically about christ and heaven. And some people just are of a different religion. Just because they arent with christ doesnt mean they are sadder than someone who is.

I don’t speak for all, but certain people don’t find they can trust Christ. You cannot have love without trust first. =)

ahhh the question of the narrow minded, always makes me laugh, I really dont like talking about narrow minded religions and “our god is the only god” and bla bla bla, no one knows what it right or not, people have the right to pick their own faith or not have one like myself, but you should respect the people who do not agree with your own. I think religion and why were here is something we will never know, after all our ideas are called thoeries or whatever, no one truely knows which one is right, you shouldnt judge.

to clarify a few things evolution doesnt state the humans evolved from apes it states that we evolved from a common ancestor and lisatimonera could you explain how your god created the galaxies, humans, animals, earth, ect? other than pointing its fingers and poofing them into existance? there is no logical explination as to how your god creates anything yet your saying that humans and evolutionists/scientists, ect cant explain how any of this is created but to tell you the truth, they have a lot more of an explination than you, because of science

I actually think people who are not christian are happier. You guys have a list of things you cannot do because some man who lives in the clouds ‘God’ or ‘Jesus’ doesn’t want you to. Well, others believe, why not? Why not lie? Why not have sex before marriage? Why not bang someone else while you’re married? Why not steal? Why not murder? It all leads to some kind of physical, mental, or emotial gratification. Do whatever makes you feel good.

You’re presupposing that people who are not Christian are sadder or less fulfilled than those who are, which is a very large, very erroneous assumption to make. If being a Christian makes you feel more fulfilled, there is nothing wrong with that, but every person is different, and what is good for you will not be good for everyone. Personally, I’ve never once felt the need for any brand of religion in my life, and I don’t think I’m any sadder or more ‘’lost’’ than the next person.

You say you are not judgmental, but you are being exactly that. You think that all christians are happy just because they have “the love of christ.” Funny, I know a lot of christians who are miserable people. (By miserable, I mean sad or unhappy.)
