Why am I worried..we used condoms?

So, me and my boyfriend are sexually active. Everytime we have ever had sex, we always ALWAYS use a condom. During sex, when my boyfriend is about to come, he pulls out as well. We always check the condom for leaks or tears after. We have never found any, but I always get ancy around the time im supposed to get my period. And I feel like I freak myself out for nothing, and make myself believe im pregnant or something. Lately I have been having upper back pains and bad abdominal pains..it freaks me out, but its probably nothing. I’m really thinking about going to get put on birth control. Should I really be worried??

Well just because you done SEE any rips or tears, there still could be some. And just because he pulls it out doesn’t mean, it didn’t leak a little. Their is a possibility… but I wouldn’t worry ab pain has nothing to do with it and when your preggy, you have lower back pain, not upper… trust me, I have been living with a pregnant mom for 9 moths by myself!!

if you are SO worried is because you are insecure of something. If you are using condoms you need to trust your partner and yourself and relax a little. sure condoms are not 100% secure, neither is birth control. all im trying to say is just relax and enjoy it

Answer #3

Because you’re paranoid. But it’s not without reason. Condoms don’t always work, not even close to 100%. Last I heard it was 80% per year (so about 60% after 2 years, etc.). If you want to be safer that’s up to you. I hear the birth control pill is pretty good but I don’t know. I’ve heard of pregnancies on both. The pill also significantly increases your risk of breast cancer and heart disease in the future, plus other miscellaneous smaller issues. Weigh all the risks for each option and make an informed decision.

Answer #4

well the condom isnt 100% effective so any time you have sex, even with protection there will always be a chance ou dont have a very high chnace though and your symptoms are probably due to you stressing out but to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results
