Who... Is this good for my health?

I’m 13 and I weigh around 90 lbs. I’m 5’4 and I hate my weight. I eat around…2 small meals a day. No breakfast, low-fat cheese stick and an apple for lunch, then usually a salad or sandwich for dinner. Along with water all day, so I eat pretty healthy. My target weight is about… 82 pounds because thats where I find myself best. I want to have a slim stomach, I have a small bit of fat on my stomach that just wont go away. I do around 130 crunches a day. What my question is, will running 2 miles a day get rid of the extra fat on my body to make my stomach look firm? What should I do to also help reach about an fat percentage of 8% ? Thanks in advance.

no, its not as I told you before, your starving yourself 2 snacks (an apple, cheese stick and salad is not a meal, barely even a meal if combined) your already skinny, if you want to loose more weght and go down to the 30 kilograms you will most likley die if anything you need to GAIN weight and you need to eat HEALTHY eating healthy doesnt mean starving yourself on healthy foods it means eating the right amount of meals a day that are healthy meals I fear you may have an eating disorder and you really need to get helpand see a doctor so he/she can slap some sense into you before its too late

also as I said before, your going through PUBERTY, your body needs to gain extra weight because its growing

Firstly, don’t skip your breakfast as it plays vital role in providing whole day stamina to your body. Experts suggest to do daily exercise. It’s good to join aerobic or yoga classes to get the best result in quick time.
