Who is doing the eat-clean diet?

If you are how many lbs per week did you loose in the beginning?

I’ve been following the Eat-Clean Diet (although, it’s more a lifestyle than a diet, at least for me anyways!) for about 6 months and have lost 27lbs! My weight loss has slowed a little since the new year, but I am much closer to my goal! It’s a great plan & I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Tosca Reno!
