who can help me diet!?

Im fifteen, “5’1 and weigh 136. I used to do gymnastics but when I quit I gained so much weight. I’m power walking 4-5 miles a day & I was wondering if someone could give me a diet plan. Like what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. help me out please.

what some realistic, sesible advice? can the smirnoff its just extra cals I think your current exercise regeme is great, you dont need to increase it. infact maybe if you did it only 4 days a week, your body wouldnt get use to it, thus stop burning extra cals because it know it needs to hold onto them to keep up with all the walking you do infact rather than spending so much time walking its betta to do a few random sprints, cfb to go into it now but it is I recommend you eat: big breakky–> bowl of All Bran cereal with a splash of skim milk and splenda. All Bran is probly the highest fibre concentrated thing you will find which gives you energy, makes you full, and helps transport fat outta the body keep having small meals throughout the rather rather than three big ones eg: 2 boiled eggs (I love them with light soy sauce you should try it) mixed salad –> normally we only eat veges during dinner but they are cooked. it’s important we eat raw veges every day fruit–> whatever kind you want a single serve of yoghurt which is low in SUGAR… fat is actually more okay than sugar, but all the products advertise how they are low fat… sugar stuffs up your blood sugar levels and makes you gain weight fat in moderation also helps transport more fat outta the body maybe some rice cakes, they come in amazing flavour and are a great alternative for chips because even though they’re addictive, they’re guilt free because they’re so low cal then for dinner, you need the big three: staple, protein , veg chicken, eggs, and other lean meats are great with vegetables, either steamed or stirfried… as a staple for satiety, choose brown pasta over white, and try and focus more on rice… there is a reason asians are so small (go for brown here too its really nice and more filling) throughout the day… DRINK! like hell it will help keep your mind off food when your not hungry, and helps flush out toxins which make you store fat make sure you get enough sleep :) when your tired you crave junk… true fact :P hope this helped!!! :D

NO FOOD AFTER 7:00! Breakfast should be your biggest meal and try to have eggs for breakfast or an apple.

hi/ I’m 5’3” and weigh 118 lbs. the big thing to a diet is to get into more sports. join gymnastics again or start another sport or jog those miles rather than walk them to lose the weigh better. and no midnight snacks or anything and definately no overeating. also ask if your really hungry or just bored. cuttin out un needed snack definately helps. also, and I just found that this recently works, if I drink 1/2 a bottle of smirnoff ice I get just hungover enough the next day that I dont eat as much and I only eat what I really need because I get nauseous if I eat too much. this duznt waork 4 every1 of course, it depends on your tolerance 4 alcohol but you might want to try this. it works for me. :) hope that helps.
