When you don’t eat your body gains weight therefore you actually can gain weight. Also when you stop your fast inturn you will regain the weight you loost or even more. Thats why crash diets like that tend not wo work unless you countinue to get like that for the rest of your life. Breakfast is also the most important meal in the day beacuase it helps you start the day. I suggest if you are not that hungery have some yogurt and drink two glasses of water because your body is dehydrated when you wake up because you lose water in your sleep. I suggest eating small meals instead of just cutting them out comeptely and when you feel hungery after one of your small meals then try chewing ic ebecuase it fills you up. You will lose more weight doing it smart like this instaed of just cutting out almost alll your food good luck!
me and a mate are doing a 30 day fast, we are only eating an apple or a yogurt every 3 days!! it works
OVERIT you do lose weight while fasting. however if you fast for a long time..for instance maybe over a week your metabolism drops and then you might slow down or stop weight lose. it’s true you gain weight easy after a fast, but some don’t. it’s partcially water-weight, which can be lost.
REKAGIRL was just saying about 1 meal per day. yes yu will lose weight on that, cause you’re cutting down on your calorie intake. good luck.
actually GERIANN most people during their fasts do not lose nor gain weight becuase their bodies store fat because they no they are not eating for awhile and it’s unhealthy. usually almost all people do gain weight after there fast that is not just water weight but actual weight because they go back to normal eating and there body is still in storing fat mode causing you to actually gain weight. I’m not saying you don’t lose weight when you fast but that in most cases you will gain more weight then you actually lose
