What are some weight loss tricks?
What are some simple changes I can make in my diet, and how many calories will the changes burn? Also, I eat about 2000calories a day…would eating 1300 help me to lose weight safely and quickly? Also, this is not one of those questions asking how to become anorexic or bullemic, I’m just looking for some healthy diet+exersize changes that wont be too hard to stick to. Thanks.
I dont think lower 2000 is healthy but im not sure.Just make sure you drink lots of water and drink some green tea.
doctors say that the heathy way of losing weight is to cut back 500 cals a day. so eating 1500 cals would help you lose weight at a healthy rate. exercise too! and don’t eat after 7pm. your body doesn’t burn a lot of cals during the night as opposed to the daytime. latenight snacking is a no no unless it is carrots, and no ranch.
oh, I thought it was unhealthy to go below 1000, but I’ll check just incase. thanks for the tip
