When im 16 and want to move out do I need my mums permission?

Im currently 16 and I want to move out my mum says I can go but shell just get the police to bring me back home, because I need her permission to move out! But do I really need her permission or can I just go???

It depends which country you live in. In England you are aloud to move out at 16 but only WITH parental consent. You have to be 18 to move out without consent.

well if you just go she will definetly get the police so I wud tell her your moving out then just walk out and she will no that your moving out and when she comes to find you , you say no not until you do ( watever things you wud like to change) until she agrees then you go back and everything is under your rules :P

Yeah she could haul you but back there and make ya stay by calling the police (not a good idea but I have the same idea running through my head)
