Can I move out at 16 without legal trouble?

ok..im 15 years old and I really want to move out as soon as possible! I live with my mom, my sister, and her baby and they’re not really there for me “ever”! I have a boyfriend of almost a year who is 17 and he’s told me that he wants us to live together when I turn 17 but then I heard that you can move out at 16 too without getting in legal trouble. is that true? and if it is what do you need?? I know that one of the main things that you will need is somewhere to live permanently, but what else?

no you cannot with out your moms concent trust me im going through that process right now its hard to move out when your 17 maybe but until then u live with your mom and therefor you are her responsibity until you are of the legal age to move out which in some states is 17 but many are 18you can but your boyfriend is 17 it is not legal for you to move in with him until you are of the legal age of 18 otherwise with your moms concent you can marry him then you can move in with him you are only 15 your way to young to think about moving out trust me im 16 im in the process of moving out i would know
