This is what I do when I want to relax and sleep well

-Download a relaxing sound of waves (song that is) -Open it in Windows Media Player -Putting it on a semi-low volume -Turning the TV off as well as the computer screen -I lay on my back and close my eyes and eventually fall asleep

No caffeine or sugar after 4pm… Take a nice hot bath… Drink some hot herbal tea… Lay down… Make sure all lights, and televisions are off… Listen to some soft, low music… Lay there and think of something good…you can think about a guy, and “daydream” about hanging out with him….anything you want to think about…

There is one full-proof, guaranteed way that I find always works.

  • Get into bed.
  • Close your eyes.
  • DO NOT open them.

Seriously, you WILL fall asleep. Just make sure you don’t open them at all. It always helps to actually be tired as well ;D What I also find quite relaxing, although it does tend to keep me awake, it listen to audio tapes. I have one for the Harry Potter books, and they are really good, but a bit pricy.

hot bubble bath….candles, warm milk, close your eyes and let your mind relax and your hands explore your body…lol then go to bed.

pills are crapy and addictive so dont use them read a book while laying on the bed and a black over you that usually works for me or do somethin tht tires you out like no tommorow and u will fall asleep :D xD ?
