What would happen if we dated while hes 18 and im not?

ok im 15 and my boyfriends 18 and my family loves him and we have had sex before and you guys cant really get in trouble because you wanted to do it but he can get sent to jail for statutory rape but thats only if your family wants to do that to him witch I dont think they would send him to jail because you guys wanted to do it lol but I say go for it and you guys shouldn’t get in trouble

Many states have what are called Romeo and Juliet laws in place to protect against just such situations, to keep boyfriends from going to jail the second they turn 18. Unfortunately for you, Wisconsin is not one of those states. Sexual contact with anyone under the age of 16 is considered statutory rape in Wisconsin, no matter the circumstances.

I don’t think you’d get into trouble my boyfriend is 18 going on 19 in june , and I’ll be 15 by then also . The only thing you’d have to worry about is your parents . If they’re okay with you guys dating then it shouldn’t be such a big problem .

Um nothing is wrong with anything you guys do, except sex. You guys get caught its jail for your boyfriend. So don’t be messin around all willy nilly. lol. But you guys can make out if you want or cuddle and all that good stuff, but no sex untill your 18.

I still think you can. like im 16 and my boyfriend is 14 and obviously when im 18 he’ll only be 16. your not supposed to but I still think its okay because no one really pays attention. so go for it :)
