Will doing 10 sit ups everyday make you lose some fat?

if you do 10 sit ups everyday would you lose some fat? I’ve been doing it for a couple days and I was jw if im doing this for no reason or not

I would recommend you do more than 10. Certainly do 10 at a time! But mayve do 10 sit-ups, 4 times a day?

if you got fat on your tummy its kinda not effective make your stomach firm and then do it its much better

It will definitly help you lose weight, but considering that you are only doing 10 it will take a while, if you do 20 - 30 each day it will go a lot quicker and you will get yourself some nice abs :) I did that over the summer holidays with some more exercises and it really does work. if you do it up until the summer 10 each day the way you do it now, I assure you, you will have a fabulous outcome!! try doing that but gradually increase the amount that you are doing each day.!! trust me, I’ve been designing a fitness program for weight loss!! good luck x

absolutly not I’ve been doing 30 every day since august 26 and I did get a slimmer stomach just a little bit but no abs or visible results id say dont waste your time

Do 50 when you wake up and 50 before you go to bed. I used to do that everyday and was skinnyyy!!! But I stopped and now I am fat… So I am going to start doing it again.

No. situps done in a repitition range above 20 will improve the muscular endurance in your abdomen. under 20 will promote slightly higher gains in strength and endurance simultaneously. but note that all a situp does is makes you better at sitting up and the isometric contraction strenght and endurance of your abs. there is no such thing as toning. you cannot tone fat. you get rid of fat and it shows the muscle underneath.
