What to give a puppy for pain?

My American Bulldog puppy got her back leg hit by a car today is there anything I can give her for pain until I get her into the Vet?

Call your vet and they will tell you what you can give her until they see her.

Coated aspirin…DO NOT give Tylanol, Ibuprophen, or anthing BUT coated aspirin…If she weighs around 50 lbs, one aspirin only. Feed with food, as aspirin can cause diarreah and an upset stomach…

Put a cold pack on it and every 20 or so minutes switch it out with a hot/warm one. If you use a heating pad make sure it is not too hot even if you put it on low because animals may be more sensative to heat.
