Sounds to me like you have either a bad bladder infection, or a uterine infection…you’re going to HAVE to go to the Dr.

go back to your docs and tell him your concerned about this person you slept with and think you may have an STD

First off, If you don’t know how to spell that part of your anatomy you shouldn’t be having sex.

Having sex can make it worse. You should be taking your medication consistenly as prescribed. It the medicne doesn’t help or it gets worse you need to seek medical help again. Go back to your doctor. The infection cna travel through your body to other parts of your reprodective system and do damage.

Having a fever and belly pains is a sign that the infection may be traveling throughout your body. I’d contact your doctor or go to an E/R.

Is the pain around your vagina a new symptom? If so you may have contracted an STD on top of your other infection.

my water infection turnt out to be a kidney incetion but im better now it took me 3 weeks to recover

First of all it DOES NOT sound like any type of Hepatitis. It sounds like PID Pelvic Inflammatory Disorder this occurs when you have had a bacteria infection, or STD and it has gotten so bad that all of your reproductive organs swell. You also will get a fever, chills, your lower back will hurt as well. On top of everything else, whatever you already had will also still be hurting, which is probably causing your pain when you urinate, and the stabbing pain that you are talking about sounds like your cervix is swollen. I reccomend going to the gynocologist right away. You cant mess with this sort of thing, you can wind up never able to have children. Also once you get PID it is very easy to get it again, so you probably have opened up a can of worms that you can never put a lid on.
