What to do at the gym?

Well I’m going back to the gym today after a few months… and I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of exercise I should do to lose weight the quickest and get toned the quickest!!! Thanks

Thanks soo much!!! Yea I was on the elyptical for 20 today then did some weight lifting and crunches… and im going again tomorrow morning and im going to do the elyptical for 25 and more weights and crunches.. and im eating lots of veggies and fruits…ill keep you all posted on my weight and muscle changes

so I guess I can just stick to what I did before… I did the elyptical for 30-40 minutes. then crunches, lift weights, lunges… and my diet.. .I cut out soda, and juice… I drink water… .and as for eating .. im trying to figure out what to eat.. I eat pretty good… like special k cereal but with whole milk because I dont like 1% or 2 but I guess I should just deal with it because whole is bad for u, and I eat salad a lot but we’ll see…thanks so much

one of the big key things is to not worry about getting ripped. A lot of girls see pictures of female weight lifters that look like barbie heads on male bodies and they freak out… the thing is, as a female, to get any kind of definition especially like that you would have to be on a an extremely hard workout and excruciatingly specific diet filled with all kinds of supplements and junk. Just work as hard as you can knowing that there is always time for rest later. finding a good training partner or instructor helps A LOT too.

For food you should be having high protien low carb diet and a lot of fruit and veggies, it will add to the muscles your working on and tighten them up faster then any un natural way, Also try stepping up the elyptical more and more even by a minute each time you go to the gym, You need to push yourself to for the best results

Light weights, high reps…everything.

Diet is the key…not too much fat & sugar
