What should I do to increase my personality level?

I am a extremely shy person,I don’t even have many friends.I am so fed up with my life and would blame it on my personality…please tell me what should I do

Idontknow if this will help—start being more outgoing and approachable. Body language is a big thing.. so try not looking mad or like you dont want to talk to anyone. Try looking content..even if you are just standing by yourself. Start talking to people. anyone and everyone. whoever is around. you dont have to strike up a conversation. just say. Hello as you’re walking past people. itll make them smile …even if its just for a second…and itll build your confidence.

Its bad to change someone from being themself but if you look at different groups of friends. you can tell who in the group is the shy/more reserved person and the person more people are drawn to. They are happy, have fun, and open with themselves(confidence)..its hard to picture them holding back as much.

I think everything will work out for you. I’m sorry if you take offense to this. It was only to give you the motivation to get out of your box!
