What should I do stay and wait or 4get about it?

Well I love this guy he says he loves me 2 hes 18 and im 14 we’ve known each other 4 2 years and loved each other since like 1 1/2 years the thing is I made this bet wit my friend and I lost so I had to tell him that he should move on and find someone else because I did (I have the worstest) luck this girl that liked him 4 who knos how long asked him out he said ya well shes like 16 and she ran away 2 be wit him(they been 2gether 6 months) so they live 2gether but I told him it was a lie a week after and I felt horrible he said it was alrite and that he still loves me and always will no matter what but it was to late but still every day he tells me that he wished he could take it all back and if he could leave her that he would but he doesnt just want to leave her in the streets but he still calls me every chance he gets and tells me he loves me and that im his baby girl and that if I would ever have the chance 2 be wit him he would kik her out in a heartbeat. And I know he doesnt just want sex because he told me that he wanted me 2 wait till I get married(hes not a virgin though and he said it was the biggest mistake in his life when he lost it)! he also want me 2 have a career and go 2 college so I know he cares 4 me.
