What are some exersizes to stay tight for sex?

I was wondering what are some exersizes I can do to stay tight? I heard somewhere that pilaties helps with that, is it true?

kegal muscle exersice. It;s the muscle you relax when you go for a pee. If you exersice it a few times a day it should get better. It’s also what they recomend for light bladders and just after pregnancy.
