Should I stay or should I go?

I’m 15 and my boyfriend is 18. I told my mom we had sex and she told me I could not see him anymore. She caught us talking a lot of times. We have had plenty of warnings, but I was still tempted to talk to him because I wanted to let him know I still was thinking about him and loved him. Even though its stupid if we talk, me and him cant get over eachother because its been so long that we have been seeing eachother. Honestly I love him. Recently I was talking to his friend and his friend was telling me that he was depressed and he wasn’t the same. So his friend told me to emial his email and tell him that everythings gonna be ok. I was a bit worried I was gonna get caught, but I did anyways because I didnt want him to feel sick or depressed. His mom opened his email and found that I was emailing him. She called my mom and said that I should have a good lawyer because shes going to court. I dont see why she would do that seeing hes 18 and he could get in trouble for statutory rape. I really miss him and I cannot get over him. All my friends and my family say that I should just move on because of the age difference and because of the fact we arnet allowed to see eachother. His friends and my close friends tell me that if we really love eachother and want to be with eachother we could wait till im 16 to talk. I dont think sex is important at all. And I dont care if I never have it again. We made a mistake. My mom understands that but shes mad because hes a bit controlling. He would get jealous a lot and a bit overprotective. He is really in love with me and tells me that he wants to marry me because theres no other girl out there like me. Well I have a few questions. Should I wait for him? Or should I get over him? If so how? Please help
