We are 3 years apart in age

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 years. We are 3 years apart in age. My parents seem to think that is too many years, and that he is too old for me. Well Sunday, he was in a bad car wreck. He broke both of his legs, his neck, his jaw, and his hip. He had to be sent to the MED in Memphis, Tennessee. My parents are being really unfair. They won’t let me go see him even though his mom calls me everyday and asks them. It’s so aggravating!!!

I feel for you I really do! Its horrible when you want to see someone so urgently and you cant. Try and convince your parents by saying to your mum “ if dad was in a car crash and had the same injuries you would be booking a trip to go and see him straight away so why not give me the chance to do that with my love!”. – just an idea :) and if you cant see him just send him letters and give him a ring. (if he cant speak back it might make him feel better to hear the sound of your voice :)) Hope your boyfriend gets better soon!
