What's the difference with friend flirting and I like you flirting?

Okay according to this girl when a girl flirts with you that mean she likes you. Well I flirt with everyone and they flirt back and she even does so I said since you flirt back do you like me but she said that’s friend flirt. So what is the difference between friend flirt and liking someone flirt?

there really isn’t one. well, at least one that you can tell. if you flirt with everyone you’re just gonna have to ask someone or try and figure out if they like you through another means. good luck :)
