Is liking someone and flirting different?
theres this guy and hes like always flirting with me. but does that means he actually likes me, or can it mean that hes just a flirty person and has no feelings?
also sometimes he’ll just look at me but not say hi in the hallway. what does that even mean?
well guys are wierd…so try to notice if he flirts with other girls too bcuz if he does that means hes just a flirty person and he probably doesnt say hi in the hallway bcuz he might be emberraced in front of his friends…ar maybe u dont really look his way or make eye contact

Its most likely just his personality. I always had guys that flirted with me, and i flirted back, but i never got it in my head that they did it because they liked me. We were just having fun. It meant nothing. Especially if this guy that flirts with you doesnt even say hi to you when he sees you. That should tell you something right there. People flirt all the time, you just have to learn not to read so much into it. If this guy would go out of his way to talk to you, call you, and want to hang out with you, then you would have reason to think he likes you, but flirting is fun/innocent.
