Why is it different now that I told him I like his friend?
so I have a really good friend thats a boy and hes really my best friend and I told him last night that I like his best friend witch is my friend 2 but he looks at me weired and talks to me differnt now…I mean were like hella tight and we tell each other every thing but I think I might have been a lot better off if I didnt tell him…

Yeah, you were a lot better off. He may like you. Actually he probablly likes you, and you probablly like him too (even just a little bit) Ever watch “When Harry Met Sally”? It is really difficult to be friends with someone that could be a potential boyfriend or even have some characteristics of a potential boyfriend. Or he may not like you (I doubt this though) and he may be jealous/angry that you are stepping on to his territory (his best friend). He may think you are taking his BFF away from him. You need to talk to him.
