What kind of stretches can I do to improve my flexibility?

How can I improve like my splits,like what stretches really work?I’m about to do ballet again and I wanna be as flexable as I can when I go back sooo yeaa thanx!!!:)

I do ballet, and to me, the best stretch is to touch your toes straight out, or do a V with your legs and stretch foreward s far as you can. They both work.

You could try pilates :)

Buy a beginners yoga dvd and practice, practice, practice!
