What is wrong with my stomach?

am 19 and I have this horrible constant gnawing pain in my lower abdomen. It all started when I was having sex with my boyfriend. We had to stop because the pain was so horrible. I was in so much pain that I was curled up in a ball and was sweating and shaking and felt like I could throw up but I didnt. I took a montrine and after awhile the pain dulled down. I almost had my boyfriend call the hospital because I was so close to passing out. What the heck is wrong with me???

Additional Details I went to the ER and I’m not pregneat and its not a uti. they did other tests but they say that it will take up to two days for me to find out the results. Im in pain, I dont want to wait two days.

It wasnt the first time having sex and I’ve been takin motrine all day.

could be a STI - if sex hasn’t hurt like that before. propbably not hte answer you want but it could be..or cyst of some sort maybe
