What is the best over the counter pain medication?

What is the best over the counter pain medicaton for back pain? I’ve tried asprin ibuprofen tylenol but I want to know what kind works best for you when your in pain because I dont know if im just gettingthe wrong brand or if im just not taking enough.

haha yeah im not adrinker. I tried looking up that difene and couldnt find much about it. There is a difene? Could that be it…I think that might have to be prescribed but im not sure because it stll didnt say a lot of info on it

Well im not 100% sure but difeine doesn’t usually affect any other medication because it hasn’t got parecetamol in it so you could probably take that along with your other medication … Xo:)

Well im already on vicodin but I only get 30 a month then im on tramadol but still the pain is there and I dont want to ask for more because use of painkillers is a problem in my family and im notabout toturn into them lol

Em its just a really strong painkiller , you should ask your pharmacy about it , its great … em no its definitly called Deep heat its in a red box and has flames going up the side … Xo:)

I use difeine it works miracles lol … but im not to sure if you can buy it over the counter or not … Theres a cream that you can buy over the counter for back pain its called Deep Heat .. my dad uses it and he says its great … Xo:)
