What would you suggest for someone who's over 50 and has problems cleansing their colon?
Well, there's the typical methods - prune juice, enemas, high fiber, etc...but if it's become a real problem, I strongly suggest you talk to your doctor.
My parents drink citrucel like it's going out of style. I used it when I was pregnant- works wonders.
