What is right and whats not?
Like ok whats the rite foods and wats not. Like iseggs good is pudding like suff like that? and wats not like is cereal bad like yeah hope you get what I mean??
The food pyramid plus a little nuts. For the grains get whole grain foods. For meat include fish at least twice a week and some eggs.
What’s not is anything added, taken away or changed. If you can’t read it then it’s either a little bad or very bad. What’s very bad included anything hydrogenated, hydrolyzed, MSG, saccharin and aspartame in expired diet drinks. Fresh food is better when possible, since cooking and processing damages certain nutrients.
good food’s are not just vegtiables and fruits popcorn (without so much butter) is good for you some gummy candys are good for you heres a list popcorn raviolie cinnimon apples oatmeal some cerals meatloaf backed chicken ramon with vingar pickles for more just read the nutrison facts on the labels
um good foods are vegtables and fruits and boiled eggs are good cookies cakes chips are bad full of sugar and fattning ingredients
Read “The Omnivour’s Delimia” or rent the movie “Food, inc.” Until then, don’t eat anything advertised on TV, or anything containing an ingredient your grandmother wouldn’t recognise. Good luck!
