what is it like having herpes?

like I said, what is it like? does it hurt? and is it obvious that you have it?

im terrfied of kissing guys sometimes because for all I know they could have it and not tell me, then I would get it,

is it true that a person can contract herpes and not know it, then pass it on to his signifigant other, and then it show up on the other but not the one who contracted it in the first place? and if someone with herpes touches their sore, then touches a surface, then you touch it (the surface), then touch your own face, can you contract it that way? please no dictionary definitions, I want to hear what you guys have to say.

It stresses people out psychologically. It makes people feel terrible, floods their minds. There are two types of herpes, simplex one and simplex two. 1 being oral and 2 being genital. It hurts the most when the first outbreak occurs for about 2 weeks I believe. Many people don’t have symptoms so make sure to talk to your partner about STDs before even taking your clothes of for sex. Because people don’t always get the symptoms it is easy to get it, not know it, and spread it. That’s why it’s important to visit your doctor and get tested. I’m not sure about contracting it from surfaces, I’m sure there’s very little risk in that.
